The food is always delicious, but this is the second time my order wasn't ready when I arrived. Both times were problems with the ordering site, not the specific restaurant. I didn't get email confirmation of my order until after it was due to be ready and I was already at the restaurant. When I tried to call to confirm they had received the order (because I hadn't got an email) I found the phone number on the site is incorrect.

Two dishes weren’t available
We had to tip 10% even though this was for takeout and we were picking up the food
We were not given a credit card refund but $30 in cash and we are short changed
Food was good
2 meals totalling $32 plus tax plus tip we should have been refunded $39.77. We are almost $10 short. This is a Appalling

We ordered stipulating a certain food allergy (I put notes all over the online order) and yet one dish had the allergen anyway.
I also ordered one dish and got something else. Most of the food was tasty though, albeit a bit greasy (even the rice).

We had the Veggie Pakora, Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, and saffron Matar pulao rice and all were excellent, cooked to perfection. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful Indian restaurant so close to home. We shall be ordering from here again soon.
